Class fees are $59 per session or you can register and pre-pay for three sessions and receive the fourth session free of charge.  That’s four full hours of training for only $177.

Friday, February 22, 2008 – MedWorxs Fee Schedules – During this session we will cover the use of the Fee Schedule area as an audit tool for your third party contracted payments.

Friday, March 7, 2008 – MedWorxs Payment Entry – Learn how to enter payments from patients and payers as well as items to create in the file structure to improve your reporting process regarding your practices payments.

Friday, March 21, 2008 - Using the MedWorxs EDI Solution – Learn how to process claims, complete follow-up with real-time payers, review payer responses, generate automated appeal letters and proof of timely filing as needed plus ERA access and reporting tools.

Friday, April 4, 2008 – MedWorxs Reports – Learn about the hundreds of reports and report options available in MedWorxs and review the information the can provide regarding your practice’s financial health.

Friday, April 11, 2008 - MedWorxs Patient Demographics – This class will cover the seven areas of patient demographics including referral creation and tracking as well as utilizing notes to add efficiency in your account follow-up processes.

Friday, April 25, 2008 – MedWorxs Best Practices – Spend an hour with us learning about the best practices for using MedWorxs to put your practice on the road to financial health.

Friday, May 2, 2008 – MedWorxs Scheduling – This class will cover the MedWorxs Scheduling module’s set-up and use.  Increase your scheduling efficiency with a full understanding of our powerful scheduling module options.

Friday, May 16, 2008 - MedWorxs Charge Entry – This class will cover the charge entry screens including patient payment entry for time of service payments.  We will also cover the important items to consider during charge entry for reducing claim rejections and denials.
