Our process is completely paperless, you are provided with a document
scanner for transmission of any charge slips or deposits as well as a
two-sided color ID Card scanner. If you are running our EHR then charge
slips/Super bills can be a thing of the past. All of your documentation is
stored in our secure datacenter, backed up every night. It is available to
your anytime, any day.
Each employee is provided with a complete Outlook/Exchange email account
with 500mb storage, backed up nightly in our datacenter with the best of
industry spam and virus protection
